In the month of July 2023, Stromizmeritel LLC, in collaboration with Gomelsteklo JSC from the Republic of Belarus, entered into an agreement. This landmark agreement orchestrates the meticulous design and efficient provision of cutting-edge technological equipment, precisely tailored for the production of vibrant sheet glass through an advanced float line process.
The substantive endeavors under this agreement, meticulously slated for execution in the final quarter of the present year, encompass a multifaceted approach. This encompasses the intricate formulation of comprehensive project documentation, catering to the creation of two discrete segments, each focused on the precise dosing of glass batch colorants, along with a sophisticated line dedicated to the recycling of colored glass cullet. Within these transformative processes, elemental constituents like selenium, cobalt oxide, nitrates, and iron oxide will orchestrate a symphony of hues—ranging from verdant greens to tranquil blues, somber grays, and regal bronzes.
The precise dosages of nitrates and iron oxide will be directed onto the assembly conveyor, seamlessly integrating into the artistic narrative. Meanwhile, the infusion of subtle increments of selenium and cobalt oxide will be incorporated into the mixers, ensuring a fusion of form and function.
The colored glass cullet recycling line, conceived primarily to orchestrate the creation of illustrious green-tinted sheet glass, destined for a myriad of transportation applications, is strategically designed as an autonomous segment. Within its contours, an array of specialized components harmonize – ranging from a well-equipped receiving hopper and an efficient conveyor system to an industrious crusher, an elevating mechanism, and an accumulation hopper graced with the finesse of load cell level sensors and a vibratory unloader. The technical marvels harnessed within this segment epitomize ingenuity, seamlessly segregating the cascades of colored and colorless glass cullet. Remarkably, this innovation occurs without a pause in the ongoing endeavors of the existing colorless glass cullet recycling line – a pivotal asset that concurrently services both the primary and secondary float lines. The journey of transformation culminates with the infusion of colored glass cullet into the furnace's fiery embrace. This furnace, boasting a remarkable capacity of 780 tons per day, finds its rhythm facilitated by the dexterous orchestration of an existing cullet feeder, attuned to the nuanced intricacies of each glass product's chromatic aspirations.
