In March, at the International Exhibition «Mir stekla – 2023», specialists of LLC «Stromizmeritel» presented a new set of equipment, equipped with glove boxes for unpacking of raw materials with third hazard class and dosing units for small components, intented to prepare glass mixture in production of flint flat glass with increased transparency.
This complex is used for melting ultra-refined glass in the largest glass melting furnace in Russia (1000 tons per day) at «AGC «Flat Glass Klin» enterprise in Moscow region. Such glass (trademark «Crystalvision») has strong demand lately. It is also used for manufacture of architectural elements, facade railings of buildings, glass stairs, partitions, glass furniture, shower cabins and much more.
This set of equipment was awarded a bronze medal at the International Salon of Innovative Technologies «Archimed – 2023». It is a good example of effective replacement of imported technologies.
